Christmas All Year 'Round

New Song's corporate outreach ministry is known as Christmas All Year 'Round. Every three months, New Song features a local human services agency and focuses its efforts on the needs of that agency. These efforts include:

• Inviting an agency representative to address the congregation
• Gathering household items or other things to meet the needs
• Including the agency and its clients in regular prayers
• Sponsoring a New Song Nights benefit concert to raise money for the agency
• Scheduling a work day for clean-up, painting, or the like
• Recognizing New Songers who volunteer at the agency
• Encouraging financial donations from members
• Featuring the agency in New Song Notes newsletter

• Iowa Center for Aids Resources and Education (ICARE)
• Lantern Park Nursing & Rehab Center
• Iowa City Free Medical Clinic
• Shelter House (Emergency Housing Project)
