The big day was fabulous! Bishop Tom Ray helped us dedicate New Song Episcopal Church's new building. One small Newsonger was baptized. Two New Songers were received into the Episcopal Church, and one was confirmed.   Bishop knocks at church door

  We begin outdoors, in the parking lot of Lantern Park Care Center.  Following the cross, we head toward 912 20th Avenue. Up the steps go the people.

The Bishop lays hands on those he confirms and receives. The lift is inaugurated. Pat Miller and Ann Hulme take the vertical way down to the first floor.

  Linda Molleur visits from St. Marks, Anamosa Al, Carolyn, and Travis--"class photo" of those received and confirmed. Our contractor, Bob Cech, left, performed at least as many marvels with the volunteer labor as he did with the building.
